A Lord AKA Boss

Have you ever wonder what it take to be a Lord. As many of us know a renter rent from a landlord. A Landlord is the property owner, and he take care of his land. He knows the in and out of the the land and its foundation. All records are kept in his archive. If any problem exits, he should be the first contact. A real Boss is an individual who knows the history and will make a brighter future. There are no situations which cannot be handle. If there is not a way, they will make a way. Now all bosses are innovator, they do the dirty work so the foundation are held in high standards. Most time you will never see a real Boss around; as they are always looking ahead. Yet you may see their works and most time their instructions. You have to pay close attention to who guiding you; are they a great leader or are they an imposter. Be careful who you learn from as they can be your blessing or a curse.
