Most of all it releases your stress level and make you relax. At the time when you began to exercise it hard; as you continue it become more accommodating and lastly you even want to do more. This ensure you body is functioning beyond your comprehension, you have to acknowledge this is bigger than you. Learn how to control your mind, body, and spirit. If you properly become intune with who you are; it will increase your will power to be true to you. With all these aspect remember to stretch as this will relax your mind which is the control tower of your body.
