Do the Opposite

It is so easy to follow the group, too easy to say yes, and most of all easy to give up. Have you ever sat down and ask yourself what it mean to be at peace. Try your hardest to be at peace with yourself. If you have hurt yourself in any way tell yourself sorry. The things we do to ourselves for others and our inner self. Sometime just talking down to yourself is a disgrace to your soul. The human being is a gift, made in the image and likeness of God. Think about this, if God is the creator of the heaven and earth. Do you know who you really are, you are a child of the most high. To fully comprehend this wonder, sit down and meditate on how you came to be, and where you are. You are in a universe made by your father and the only way to make it through is to understand who you are; by reading your father work. You cannot say you know God or even a person if you do not speak or read their words. Lastly by reading your comprehend better than even talking. The reason is if you read you have to listen. When you talk you are easily distracted by facial expression, tone, and etc. Peace is when you do things efficiently and effectively; because you understand. Be at peace and you will be thankful for each moment. Peace be unto you
