Grounded Vs. Control
Being grounded is a good thing, it helps you maintain and sustain. Usually, when you are grounded you have steps and procedures to follow. It gives you guideline to handle problems or situation comfortably.
Control is looking at the outcomes and having a fixed standard. We only have limited controls as we lived in an environment. The environment we lived in is uncontrolled, we always have to tweak our standard to what the environment depict. All controls are valet but it must be conducive for the environment. Controls help figure out patterns.
As we work on grounding and monitor control we can aligned with the environment base on history. These are standards we need to take in effectively toward progress.
