One Percent More
Nobody wakes up changed. You wake up with the same mind you went to sleep with. What changes you is what you do with it.
Think of your mind as a gift that was handed to you. A gift grows when you use it. It fades when you ignore it.
So start small. Read one page. Learn one new word. Ask one better question than you asked yesterday. One percent more is not much on a single day. Over a year, it is a different person.
Do not wait for a perfect plan. Improvement is not a moment. It is a habit you repeat when nobody is watching.
Today, ask yourself: what is one thing I can do better than I did yesterday? Then do that one thing.
Take care of what you were given. Use it.
