Running Consistently

Have you ever ran a marathon. Something simple as a 5 kilometer. It takes endurance and conditioning; most time it is best to practice. A short 3 plus miles is not hard. If you know how to run this is lightweight. If you never ran before this can be a milestone. Practice is the key to any success; yet, if you do not practice, momentum is lost. You have to be in it to win it. Keep practicing in whatever you do. There is no success without error; but, error can only be made if you continue to learn. Each moments learned is a moment achieved.
