The best time of the day is resting. As we all should know, if there is no rest, peace does not exist. You need to sleep adequately, to increase your brain capacity. Whenever you are unable to clearly think and lack productivity. This is when you should take a break. If you are doing an activity and start to lose concentration, take a power nap. Refocus on a clear mind, your brain reset daily, when you sleep. The body senses many things, but when you sleep; the body rest and regenerate for the new day. If you are tire of losing precious time on earth. I suggest you take a great rest, to uplift you, to a better you. An active sleep of 7-8 hours can help you change your life.
