Sometime the best thing to do is sleep. When you overthink a problem and you are unable to get an immediate solution. No worries or extra effort, try to rest on it. Sleep is how we as human being receive clarity. Your physical and mental body needs rest. This help you analyze your inner thought and open doors for you to figure out better solution. Just remember without sleep your mind will be foggy and your body will not interact well. When you cannot make it, just relax by taking a nap. Sleep well!!!!
